Earth Day Shoreline Clean Up

Where:  Cadiz - Blue Springs Trail Head - 3500 State Park Rd

Join us at Lake Barkley for a day dedicated to improving the health and preserving the beauty of our park! We will gather at the Blue Springs Trail Head in front of Little River Warehouse at 9:00 AM, where we'll distribute gloves, trash bags, and water. After a brief orientation, we'll split into groups and tackle littered areas we've identified as needing attention. Please come dressed for outdoor work (sturdy shoes, long sleeves, sunscreen) and bring any necessary personal items. We'll break for lunch (feel free to bring your own or snacks) and continue working until 2:00 PM. At that time, we'll meet back at the Blue Springs Trail Head to gather all collected garbage and litter. For more information or to RSVP, please contact jared.phelps@ky.gov.
